- Cancellation
- Free up to 24 hours before the service. For island tours (San Blas, Isla Mamey, Taboga and Contadora), up to 48 hours before, because boats and ferries are booked in advance. After that, or if you don’t show up, there is no refund. If we cancel because of bad weather or safety, you choose another date or get a full refund.

- Free of charge with 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
